We always charge postage for shipping. In certain cases, however, these are offered free of charge. More info can be found under the "Postage costs" button.
For shipping we use the service of Bpost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay. As a customer, you can choose this during the ordering process. You can choose between delivery at home, or a pickup point. You can find all information about the postage costs under the heading "Postage costs".
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from us. This email will contain a tracking code which you can use to follow your order on the website of your chosen carrier.

Entered the wrong shipping address?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. In some cases we can still adjust the address before it is processed. But keep in mind that we have a fast processing of orders so this will often not be possible. So be sure to check your delivery address very carefully before proceeding with payment.
Cancelling an order?
As we have a fast processing procedure, sometimes the order may already be ready in the shipping warehouse or processed by the shipper. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel your order in time.
If you still want to cancel the order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible. Beware! During the weekends the emails are not read, and also during the day we are not always fully up to date with the emails as our physical shop is also running at full speed so unfortunately we cannot guarantee to see this demand in time. So please only place your order if you are sure of this because once your order is in our processing process, it is hard to stop it.
If an order is cancelled before it is sent, a €5.00 administration fee will be charged (cost of payment, carrying out a refund, drawing up a credit note, returning the goods).
Cancelling a pre-order?
When cancelling a pre-order, we are forced to charge € 5.00 administration costs per item. Since your pre-order has been paid for and processed by us, we have incurred payment and invoice costs for this. The waiting time for an item cannot be used to waive the administration fee. When the pre-orders are closed, we will submit our order directly to the supplier (to be sure of our numbers), but we cannot be held responsible for a long(er) wait at the supplier, or by the transport companies.
Returns are of course possible
Not satisfied with the item? You can return an item up to 30 days after purchase.
First send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that the returns service is aware of your return. Only send your package after confirmation from the after-sales service.
You are of course responsible for the shipping costs.
Is the product unused and not damaged? Put it back in the supplied box (or another solid packaging) and return it to us. You will be refunded within 5 working days after having received the returned items, by the same way you payed the order.
The order must be paid before it is sent. For payments, we work with our payment partner Mollie, which offers various payment options depending on the customer's country.
For orders less than or equal to € 20.00, we charge a handling fee. These are automatically added to your shopping basket. Once your order exceeds this amount, the handling fee will automatically disappear.
If the order contains a pre-order item, the full order will be sent when the pre-order item is available. Before checkout of the order, this will be mentioned again (Attention! Your order contains a pre-order item. Your full order will be sent out as soon as the pre-order item is in stock with us).
For organisational reasons, we cannot send such an order in several packages.
Do you wish to receive certain items immediately? Then make 2 separate orders (one order with the pre-order item and one order with the goods to be sent immediately).
As we (usually) offer a discount on pre-order items, orders with a pre-order item cannot be sent (free of charge) via Mondial Relay.
Our staff always do their utmost to pack every parcel in the best possible way. Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that, despite our care, a parcel arrives damaged. Loss of a parcel can also unfortunately occur.
When choosing the carrier (Bpost, Collissimo or Mondial Relay), the customer therefore accepts the conditions of these services. NV Domino will therefore follow these conditions, in case of a problem of damage or loss of the parcel.
Either with Bpost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay, an investigation can take up to 21 working days. In this meantime, NV Domino will not send a new parcel yet. We always wait for the result of the investigation. NV Domino naturally makes every effort to follow up each case as closely as possible and keep the customer informed.
Obviously, after the outcome of the investigation, NV Domino tries to resend the goods as soon as possible. Only if this is no longer possible (e.g. if the goods are no longer in stock) will we issue a refund.
Packages via Mondial Relay are insured up to an amount of €25.00. Therefore, if a Mondial Relay parcel is lost, this is the maximum we can reimburse the customer.
The website and its all it's parts (text, logos, brands, trade names, lay-out, images, photos, videos, illustrations and other items on the website) are protected by intellectual property rights. NV Domino prohibits you from using, reproducing, displaying, disclosing, deleting, any of it's content in any way without prior written permission from NV Domino.
