Shipping and delivery policy

For shipping we use the service of Bpost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay. As a customer, you can choose this during the ordering process. You can choose between delivery at home, or a pickup point. You can find all information about the postage costs under the heading "Postage costs".
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from us. This email will contain a tracking code which you can use to follow your order on the website of your chosen carrier.


Other important information:
Dominomodel currently only delivers to countries within the European Union.
Entered the wrong shipping address?
Please send an email to support@dominomodel.com as soon as possible. In some cases we can still adjust the address before it is processed. But keep in mind that we have a fast processing of orders so this will often not be possible. So be sure to check your delivery address very carefully before proceeding with payment.


Changing or cancelling an order?
Because we have a fast delivery process it can sometimes happen that the order has already been processed by the sender. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change your order. If you want to change or cancel your order, please send an e-mail to support@dominomodel.com.


Returns are of course possible
Not satisfied with your product? Send us an e-mail (support@dominomodel.com) within 30 days after purchase. You are of course responsible for the shipping costs.
Is the product unused and not damaged? Put it back in the supplied box (or another solid packaging) and return it to us. You will be refunded within 5 working days after having received the returned items, by the same way you payed the order.
