Shipping and delivery policy

For shipping we use the service of Bpost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay. As a customer, you can choose this during the ordering process. You can choose between delivery at home, or a pickup point. You can find all information about the postage costs under the heading "Postage costs".
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from us. This email will contain a tracking code which you can use to follow your order on the website of your chosen carrier.

Dominomodel currently only delivers to countries within the European Union.
Entered the wrong shipping address?
Please send an email to as soon as possible. In some cases we can still adjust the address before it is processed. But keep in mind that we have a fast processing of orders so this will often not be possible. So be sure to check your delivery address very carefully before proceeding with payment.

Cancelling an order?
As we have a fast processing procedure, sometimes the order may already be ready in the shipping warehouse or processed by the shipper. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel your order in time.
If you still want to cancel the order, please send an e-mail to as soon as possible. Beware! During the weekends the emails are not read, and also during the day we are not always fully up to date with the emails as our physical shop is also running at full speed so unfortunately we cannot guarantee to see this demand in time. So please only place your order if you are sure of this because once your order is in our processing process, it is hard to stop it.
If an order is cancelled before it is sent, a €5.00 administration fee will be charged (cost of payment, carrying out a refund, drawing up a credit note, returning the goods).


Cancelling a pre-order?

When cancelling a pre-order, we are forced to charge € 5.00 administration costs per item. Since your pre-order has been paid for and processed by us, we have incurred payment and invoice costs for this. The waiting time for an item cannot be used to waive the administration fee. When the pre-orders are closed, we will submit our order directly to the supplier (to be sure of our numbers), but we cannot be held responsible for a long(er) wait at the supplier, or by the transport companies.

Returns are of course possible

Not satisfied with the item? You can return an item up to 30 days after purchase.

First send us an email at so that the returns service is aware of your return. Only send your package after confirmation from the after-sales service.

You are of course responsible for the shipping costs.
Is the product unused and not damaged? Put it back in the supplied box (or another solid packaging) and return it to us. You will be refunded within 5 working days after having received the returned items, by the same way you payed the order.
