The Honda NSR500 is a Japanese racing motorcycle that was first introduced to the public in 1984 and raced from 1984 to 2002. It was developed to replace the successful NS500 model. Unlike its predecessor, it was powered by a highly technologically advanced 4-cylinder 500cc two-valve per cylinder engine. The NSR500 model was also characterized by great performance, very good traction properties and at least good reliability. All these elements meant that in the late 1980s and 1990s it was probably the best motorcycle in its class in the world - suffice it to say that in 1985-1999 Honda riders competing on this bike won the World Championship 9 times. ! Honda NSR500 was ridden by such titled competitors as, for example, Frederick Spencer, Michael Doohan and Valentino Rossi. It is no coincidence that the NSR500 has become a "legendary motorcycle".
