Fokker E.II Eindecker – 1:72 Scale – Airfix
The Fokker Eindecker holds a significant place in aviation history. It was the first purpose-built German fighter aircraft of the First World War and the first to feature gun synchronization gear. This innovation allowed the pilot to fire directly forward through the arc of the propeller, greatly increasing combat effectiveness. Upon its introduction, the Eindecker took a devastating toll on Allied aircraft.
