Description
The Tiger I is undoubtedly the most famous armoured vehicle of the Second World War. Its powerful armament and heavy armour allowed it to dominate the battlefield during the years 1943–1944.

These strengths were balanced by significant drawbacks, as the tank’s complex mechanical design required constant maintenance from its crews. This challenge was made even greater by the extreme operating conditions of the North African desert and the harsh environment of the Russian steppes. Despite these limitations, the Tiger I remained one of the most feared tanks of the war.
